  • Provide leadership coaching and training in ministry.
  • Maintain a balanced approach in ministry between inward and outward growth (inward in terms of sanctification, outward in terms of gospel outreach).
  • Encourage and promote broad member involvement in the ministries of the church so as to foster strong, gospel-centered relationships.
  • Provide strategic leadership in gospel outreach so that the congregation recognizes that evangelism and missions are essential to full-orbed discipleship.

  • Contribute to teaching at other WBC ministries as deemed strategically warranted.
  • Work with the educational ministry leaders of the church to select the best biblical curriculum, particularly in the area of student/children’s ministries.
