Job Description:

POSITION TITLE: Youth Pastor (6th-12th)**

LOCATION: Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex, TX

SALARY RANGE: Commensurate with Experience

DENOMINATION: NonDenominational

MinisterSearch ( is delighted to partner with a growing church in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex located in a rapidly growing suburban expanse. They are a community of believers who have a passionate desire to provide a safe and welcoming place where you can personally experience real life in Jesus Christ. Their mission is to create an atmosphere that is safe, casual, and loving with the goal of preparing a place for all who enter to experience Jesus in a personal way.

While this church isn’t Pentecostal, they do believe in the full use of the gifts of the Spirit, as well as the baptism of the Holy Spirit--they consider themselves “Bapti-Costal” and believe it’s normal Christianity for God to do outrageous things!

The person who will be right for this position will be an energetic, self-starter, who has a vision and knows how to share that vision with the leaders to get them excited to carry it out! This person will have a real love for middle and high schoolers and a burning desire to do whatever it takes to ensure that they know the love of Christ. A track record of success in working with leaders and volunteers and growing a student ministry is necessary

Named one of the 100 Best Communities for Young People, this city is appealing to many because of its easy proximity to the Metroplex; a family-oriented environment; an outstanding school system; plentiful affordable land; more than 28 square miles of rolling hills, lakes and parks; and, it’s one of the fastest growing and desirable communities in the Metroplex.

The staff and attenders are friendly, social, and eager to welcome the successful candidate and their family into the church and community.
