Job Description:

About the Organization:

Center Pointe Christian Church launched in October 1987 with just a few families. Today, the church averages more than 1,100 people worshipping at one of its two identical services on Sunday mornings. The church functions under the highly capable leadership of Pastor Shawn Spradling, who loves having a front row seat to seeing God transform the lives of broken people and watching them live out their faith.

Center Pointe is a community of people centered and drawn together by the invitation of Jesus Christ to a restored relationship with God, and fueled by the challenge to help others understand and respond to that invitation. They actively work to build a greater community around them that is renewed and restored by that very message. The church consists of a group of individuals who have struggled with addiction, abuse, depression, divorce, grief, doubt and anything else one can imagine. But in each of their struggles, they’ve found the amazing grace of Jesus Christ. Through this process of finding freedom through redemption, they’ve discovered that the best way to live is with Jesus, in community, and on mission.

The body of believers at Center Pointe Christian Church are on a journey of following Jesus, growing their faith, and sharing it with others they strive to Love God Radically, Serve Others Compassionately, and Lead People to Jesus. The church welcomes all seekers and believers to join the journey and experience amazing grace, in a faith-filled atmosphere of love and acceptance.
