Job Description:

The Video Producer is a full-time developer and leader of PAC’s video communication strategy and video internship. He or she is responsible not only for the video products of the church but also the spiritual and the leadership development of the Video Ministry volunteers. As a member of the Worship Ministry, the Video Producer reports to the Worship Pastor. The Video Producer is also part of PAC’s Creative Team, which develops weekend service elements supporting church-wide ministry. The Worship and Communications ministries collaborate often in forming creative video communication for church-wide ministry. Together, they embrace PAC’s vision and mission of living life to the fullest in Jesus by knowing God, developing community, and bringing hope.

The Video Producer works in-office 40 hours per week including Sundays and some evenings. He or she provides experience and expertise in the following areas: 

Video Production 

  • Produces video content (concept, preparation, shooting, editing, post production)
  • Fosters in others an excellent eye for video style and visual creativity 

Spiritual & Leadership Development

  • Intentionally builds and strengthens relationships inside and outside the church
  • Identifies and cultivates the spiritual growth and leadership potential in volunteers
  • Develops and integrates new volunteers; provide foundational training, support and encouragement
  • Serves as Video Director for PAC's weekend services


  • Collaboratively develops and leads the plan for the Video Ministry aligned with PAC's strategy
  • Plans, communicates, and coordinates the execution of the video project schedule
  • Oversees, maintains, and purchases video equipment
  • consistently evaluates all aspects of the video ministry in collaboration with others
  • Invests in what is healthy and reproducible in order to release, send and multiply  

The Video Producer has experience in all components of video production and directing in a live production environmnet. Educational requirements include a bachelor's degree. In addition to excellent communication and organizational skills, the ideal candidate for this position posesses a/an:

Along with with his or her professional responsibilities, the Video Producer also participates in weekly staff development activities such as staff prayer and a staff meeting facilitated by PAC’s Executive Pastor. The Video Producer is (or will become) involved in an active discipleship coaching relationship, a member of PAC (within six months of employment) and a regular attendee of Sunday services at PAC.
