Job Description:

Pathway Community Church (PCC) exists to connect people through relationships, grow them toward spiritual maturity, guide them to discover life’s purpose, and support them in leading others to Christ.

About the Organization:

PCC is a large, thriving church. They are part of the Missionary Church movement, though are different from many others, and associate with the Willow Creek Association, but aren’t a standard seeker church. PCC has more than 60% of their attendees involved in study groups or support groups. The leaders have completely overhauled the focus of the church to emphasize “Life at Home.” In other words, the emphasis isn’t about what happens in the building one hour each week, but rather, how can the church prepare its believers for living out their faith the other 167 hours each week.

The Executive Pastor of Ministries is being added to the team at a very strategic time in the life of the church. The church is experiencing all-time-high attendance numbers (more than 6,000 on Easter weekend), along with the challenges that accompany such growth (they are out of space and raising money to expand). In summary, there are amazing things happening at PCC each week, and with families continuing to move into the area, even more potential for the days ahead.
