Executive Leadership - 20%

  1. Lead and facilitate weekly meetings as necessary to plan and review worship services and measure progress towards established goals / metrics.

  2. Manage the larger "street to seat" guest experience, ensuring all the various components of that journey work in strategic unity.

  3. Partner with the communication team to support the communication strategy, structure, and systems, ensuring effective internal and external communication.

  4. Attend Executive Team, Board, and other high-level leadership meetings as necessary.

Spiritual Leadership - 20%

  1. Lead the entire department into greater awareness and relationship with God and one- another.

  2. Ensure the values of LJCC are upheld and guiding the worshipping life of the church.

  2. Responsible for the short and long-range planning of worship based on thematic input from the Senior Pastor.

  3. Provide oversight to the execution and team development of live audio, video, and lighting of the weekend worship service and special events.

    What we are searching for

The successful candidate will have high self-awareness, lead through influence and relationship, and possess complementary skills in strategic development, teaching, team building and leadership.
