Job Description:

About the Organization:

Preston Trail Community Church is located in the heart of the fastest growing area in Dallas-Fort Worth.

In the fall of 2001, a dream was born in the hearts of Paul Basden and Jim Johnson. The two longtime friends were senior pastors of large, denominational churches in the Southeast; positions that granted influence, respect and job security. Nevertheless, they determined to uproot their families and move a thousand miles away to Frisco, Texas with the goal of starting a new church for people who had given up on church, but not on God. Upon many facility transitions, growth in attendance, and ministry developments over the years, the church hosts approximately 3,600 on weekends, drawing people from core regional corners of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

The mission of Preston Trail reflects the mission of Jesus, and from the very beginning our mission has not wavered: helping people find and follow Jesus Christ. The church staff is known for maintaining a spirit of teamwork, exuding servant leadership, and efficiently managing all operations of the church. Fueled by love and grace, the church has a healthy culture, with a sense of both camaraderie and community. The church seeks to create environments where believers can gather on the weekend, connect with a group, serve the church and engage their world, as they find and follow Jesus in pursuit of becoming entirely new people transformed by His grace.
