The Impact Student Ministries (ISM) Pastor serves as a member of the pastoral staff at Impact Fellowship Church, under the supervision of the Family Ministry Pastor and the leadership of the Director of Ministry and Operations. The ISM Pastor will fulfill the vision and direction of student ministries as per the Lead Pastor.



Student Ministry:


• Establish and maintain regular weekly youth programming for grades 6-12.

• Maintain contact with students and parents, through phone, email and face to face meetings. Keep parents updated on ministry strategies and plans in a way that encourages partnership and involvement. 

• Provide resources and support to parents of students to help them fulfill their role as the primary disciple maker in their household.

• Build relationships with students. Meet with students that are currently attending ISM programming as well as those that are not.

• Recruit, train and develop volunteers teams with diverse gifts and personalities 

• Develop programming to meet the needs of a large range of ages (i.e. Middle School vs. High School)

• Perform assigned roles during worship services including Sunday mornings and any future services as they are added.

• Execute programming for transitional grades, helping them successfully move from one life stage to another. (i.e. 4th and 5th graders, High School Seniors, etc)

• Effectively manage the ISM annual budget and adhere to all reporting standards and expectations.

• Serve as a member of the Family Ministry team.

• Invest in growing personally and spiritually

• Advocate for and promote the vision and direction of the lead pastor

• Lead other staff through example

• Invest in personal, professional and spiritual development 

• Present yourself in a professional manner

• Provide pastoral care and support to congregation when needed

• Deliver sermons according to teaching schedule
