Job Description:

Recently named one of the Top 100 Fastest Growing Churches in America by Outreach Magazine, Rock Bridge Community Church (Rock Bridge) is a contemporary multi-site church serving Northwest Georgia and the Tennessee Valley. Dalton, GA natives, Matt Evans and his wife, Beth, planted the church in 2002. They saw the need for a new kind of church that would reach the lost, the broken, the de-churched, and the spiritually wounded people of the greater Dalton area. In its short history, Rock Bridge has become renowned in the community and beyond for reaching families and individuals and equipping them with a biblical understanding and worldview through practical, relevant teaching. Rock Bridge has experienced explosive growth over the past few years. Currently, around 4000 people attend one of Rock Bridge’s five campuses each weekend, and more growth is expected in the coming years.

We are currently looking for a full-time Creative Arts Coordinator to join our Student Ministry Team. As part of our central staff, this position will serve each of our campus student ministry environments by working collaboratively to create and plan our weekend student services and events. The Creative Arts Coordinator will help conceptualize, design, and implement Christ-centered, engaging, and experiential worship services to help students connect with God and others. Additionally, this person will lead and develop student production coordinators and worship leaders to execute and direct these worship services. Finally, the Creative Arts Coordinator will oversee a comprehensive communication process for Student Ministry to engage and inform students, parents, and volunteers. To apply send your resume to with Creative Arts in the subject line.
