Job Title:  Church Administrator 
Location:  Shalimar United Methodist Church

                    Shalimar, FL

Status:    Full-time; Salaried

The Staff Parish Relations Committee (SPRC) of Shalimar United Methodist Church  is currently recruiting for the pending Church Administrator vacancy. The Qualifications and Aptitudes are:

 

Duties:  Position performs duties attendant to General Management of the church including, but not limited to, Financial Management, Personnel Management for lay staff, and Facilities Management in liaison with Finance, Staff Parish Relations, and Trustees Committees. Administers the church office, legal, and other responsibilities directed by Church Council and/or Lead Pastor.

 

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a minimum requirement
  • 2 years minimum experience in managerial or administration field
  • Experience in budgetary and financial management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Conflict management and computer skills.
