Job Description:
The Summit Church is seeking a Technical Director to lead our AVL teams in a brand new state of the art facility opening in June 2017. The Summit Church averages over 1,400 in weekend attendance. We are forward-thinking and focused on providing attendees an opportunity to encounter Jesus through music, art and multimedia. Our 750-seat auditorium will open as part of a 34,000 sqft expansion to 43 acres on the thriving west side of Lee's Summit. The room is taking shape and we are looking for the right person to help us create a modern worship experience within this incredible new facility. 
 
The Technical Director should have a minimum of 3 years experience working with the latest in AVL technology. The ideal candidate is a seasoned team-builder, growing volunteer teams in depth and breadth. 
 
Expert-level experience in FOH audio and lighting design is required for consideration.
