Impact Church in Jacksonville, FL is a thriving, Bible-teaching ministry of over 4,000 members that’s on a mission to make a profound impact on the city, state, nation, and world by sharing the relentless love of Jesus Christ.  With nine other churches along the East Coast and Texas, as well as a ministry in Peru, we are spreading the Good News in a way that every generation finds relevant and easy to apply to their lives.


We are currently seeking to add a full-time Student Pastor to our Jacksonville team who will lead our ministry to junior high, senior high, and college-age young people.


The Student Pastor’s responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of all aspects of student ministry, reaching junior high, senior high, and college-age students
  • Development and empowerment of a robust volunteer student ministry team
  • Planning and oversight of the weekly service for junior high students, in collaboration with volunteer team leadership
  • Planning and oversight of monthly services reaching junior high, senior high, and college-age young people
  • Planning and hosting an annual camp for junior and senior high students
  • Planning and hosting an annual weekend retreat for college-age students
  • Active support of students participating in extracurricular activities
  • Counseling of students and parents to address student-related needs
  • Serving as liaison between the Jacksonville campus and Student Pastors at other Impact Church campuses



  • A passionate, personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Spirit-filled
  • A heart-centered calling to student ministry
  • Proven proficiency leading and motivating a volunteer team
  • 5 years in youth and/or young adult ministry
  • A degree from a recognized ministry school
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher
