Job Description:

About Us:

God has given us a BIG vision to plant multiple new campuses and churches throughout the multi-ethnic and multi-cultural San Francisco Bay Area. We are most passionate about those who are far from God and who posses little to no church background. We currently average 600-700 on a weekend between three services. Successful staff hires here have a positive, can-do spirit and are comfortable building new teams of volunteers and developing future leaders. We are praying for God to send us workers for the harvest of the SF Bay Area, and we are dreaming to plant future campuses, which all starts with staff who know how to recruit and build-up worship teams.

Are you excited about partnering with us to reach people in one of the most unchurched and ethnically diverse regions of the United States? Does the idea of digging in and building up volunteers and future worship leaders thrill you? Do you want to help leave a legacy that will impact many cities who desperately need Jesus? Join us and apply:
