The Live Production Coordinator executes all campus needs related to audio, video and lighting and ensures delivery with excellence during worship services and meetings. This position provides leadership and training to the Live Production staff and volunteers at Christ Fellowship, specifically as it pertains to the state of the art “tools of the trade” used by the Live Production and Worship teams. This is a full-time, salaried (non-exempt) position, reporting to the Gardens Campus Pastor. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

The role requires a broad knowledge and high level of experience in audio, lighting, staging and reimaging; and an extensive, professional experience in live production; demonstrated effective leadership ability; and experience in leading and developing volunteers. Additional requirements include:

  • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of all aspects of media with 2-5 years’ experience in one of the following: audio, video or lighting.
  • Demonstrates the ability to perform high quality, detailed work with minimum supervision within assigned deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of all facets of equipment.
  • Ability to accomplish assigned projects through other ministry staff; utilizing highly developed communication (written and verbal), project management, time management and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to perform high quality, detailed work with minimum supervision within assigned deadlines.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.


  • Maintain and oversee all AVL systems at the campus.
  • Maintain proper supplies.
  • Assist in all service setups (audio/stage/lighting/video).
  • Provide high level, courteous service in support of ministry functions. 
  • Troubleshoot all audio, video and lighting systems.
  • Build and lead a team of volunteers.
  • Work with all technical staff and volunteers to produce seamless integration and support for all services, programs, and events.
  • Assist in service setups at campuses (audio/stage/lighting).
  • Set an example for the Live Production team in leadership, care, and discipleship. 
  • Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
  • Provide weekly and monthly scheduling of volunteers for weekends and special events.
