Job Description:

• A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a vital, growing personal relationship with Him
• Experience in leading worship, vocalists, musicians and overseeing the production and technical (media, sound, and lighting) aspects of worship services and special events
• Ability to recruit, motivate, and lead worship team members
• Experience in leading worship that spans modern, contemporary, traditional, and cultural genres
• Proficiency in the use of Planning Center, CCLI Song Select and Pro Presenter
• Pastor or currently pursuing ministerial education
• Plan the weekend worship services in cooperation with the Lead Pastor and work with other staff as necessary
• Schedule and direct weekly activities and rehearsals as necessary
• Provide leadership to tech ministries (audio, video, presentation software, lighting, recording, etc.)
• Maintain and promote an atmosphere of humility, integrity, and encouragement in the worship ministry by leading in a Christ-like manner
• Maintain clarity, unity, and commitment to multi-ethnic worship, both in personnel and musical styles
• Plan special services or events involving worship arts beyond Sunday services
• Develop annual goals and a budget for the worship arts ministry aligned with the LifePoint vision and mission
• Equip and lead at least three worship teams to lead worship on a rotating basis for weekend services
• Provide support to worship arts ministry program for the next generation ministries • Participate in staff meetings and activities
