Job Description:

About the Organization:

College Park Church started in the 1980’s, with ten families that met in a Holiday Inn on the northwest side of Indianapolis. As the congregation continued to grow, the first building was constructed in 1992.

Upon experiencing much growth and progress in terms of leadership, programming, and facilities over the years, the church further emphasized its mission to ignite a passion within people to follow Jesus. Over time, College Park Church has not only maintained, but also successfully increased its potential to expand its reach throughout the region of Indianapolis. It started its first multi-site campus in Fishers, Indiana, in August 2015 and is prayerfully pursuing a vision to raise a family of healthy churches in the Indy-metro region.

As the church looks ahead to the future, the Elders and leaders of College Park are burdened by the great spiritual need in the metropolitan region of Indianapolis, where over 60% of the 1.5 million people have no affiliation to a church. College Park has created a solid platform for its ministry that provides the leverage necessary to fulfill this need, and to ensure sustainability of its continued growth and impact in local, regional, and global capacities.
