Job Description:


To lead the Central Service department to provide consistent, quality customer service to each campus represented in the multi-site framework of Allison Park Church.


This is a full-time, salary based role of 45 to 50 hours per week.  There are required office hours during the weekday as well as responsibilities each weekend.   



  1. Submit to the vision and direction of the Lead Pastor through the direction of the Executive Pastor

  2. To oversee the Central Service Coordinator to provide consistent, quality customer service to each campus through HR, Assimilation, Care, Data Entry, and Service Events (Communion, Baptism, Child Dedications, BLJ)

  3. To oversee the Facility Coordinator to  provide consistent, quality customer service to each campus by managing teams that keep all facilities clean, set up and prepared for weekly ministry events

  4. To oversee the Maintenance Coordinator to provide consistent, quality customer service to each campus by managing teams that keep all facilities in working condition through regular routine maintenance, repairs and projects

  5. To oversee the Production Director to provide expert coaching of the Production Coordinator at each campus.  To also provide consistent, quality customer service to each campus through video creation, IT, A/V services, and design work, as well as quality communications through social media, website, and other platforms.

  6. To oversee the Hampton Cafe Coordinator  to provide consistent, quality customer service and profitability  in the Hampton Campus cafe,  through a team of volunteer staff.

  7. To be involved with  ministry during the weekend services as well as personal ministry to people on a regular basis through prayer, care and counseling as needs arise.  

  8. (Eventually, but not immediately) To oversee the Finance/Accounting team  to provide consistent, quality financial customer service to APC campuses and RNE & SOS integrated auxiliaries through partnership with Chaney & Associates accounting services

SPIRITUAL REQUIREMENTS - Provides visionary leadership in one area of ministry, equips people for ministry, and exhibits the characteristics of an elder (1 Timothy 3:1-7)
