The Technical Director will manage and lead the production team to insure a technical excellent and impactful experience week to week. The TD is also responsible for the oversight and operation of all audio, video, and lighting systems and help create systems
for volunteer success. The Technical Director will also research and implement technology to help further the mission and vision of the Church. This is a position for someone who is a strong, proven leader who is creative and is a natural problem solver. Experience
with online church and multisites is preferred.
Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of AVL equipment used for weekend services, midweek programs, and special events.
Provide insight and direction on live production technology trends
Strive for creativity and innovation in all technical areas.
Continually be growing in leadership knowledge and skill.
Participate in planning and production meetings for services and events
Lead post-service evaluations and communicate any changes to the team.
Recruit, train, and shepherd production volunteers.

Team oriented. You enjoy participating with others to accomplish more than one person could accomplish alone.
Experience with live and post-production digital audio systems.
Experience with live broadcast video routers, switchers, cameras.
Experience with programming intelligent/automated lighting systems.

Demonstrated experience working independently to meet deadlines and accomplish assigned tasks. Demonstrated experience training others in technical equipment use.
