Job Description:

E-Free Church Administrator

The Church Administrator will work closely with the Lead Pastor to assist in the implementation of the vision and spiritual direction set forth for the church by the Lead Pastor and Elder Board. The assumption of the administrative duties will allow the Lead Pastor to focus on his main gift and responsibility of “teaching and preaching God’s Word.”

We are prayerfully trying to identify the candidate the Lord has already chosen to bring the skills of administration to our congregation. The right person will be passionate about reaching a lost world with the gospel...and will embrace the challenge of administration in this expanding ministry.  E-Free Church is a growing multi-campus ministry. In addition to our brick and mortar facilities, the Lord is using this ministry to expand His territory throughout northern Michigan through television and radio...and across the globe via live web broadcasts. We are a multi-generational body of believers with strong teen, youth and children's ministries. Church leadership, while dynamic and forward thinking, is grounded in scripture. We strive to find creative and innovative methods to present the gospel,

worship God, and provide opportunities to encourage each individual to grow in their relationship with the Lord. We seek to “Meet as many people as possible right where they are...and help them move to where God wants them to be.”

Our community is located in the heart of beautiful northern lower Michigan and has award winning medical facilities and schools. While our city has a small town feel it is a center of commerce for northern Michigan. You will find a quaint downtown area that is the center of hometown festivities and happenings; hometown pride is evident.  Our area truly experiences the four seasons at their best, with gorgeous summers, breathtaking fall colors, and often record snowfalls in the winters. The surrounding area has a multitude of lakes, rivers and streams and we enjoy many hiking, biking and snowmobile trails.  The perfect place to live, work, enjoy outdoor recreation, raise a family, and get away from the stress and drama of large city living.
