The Production Technician is one of three identical Central Staff Team positions at Northview Church; listed by Outreach Magazine as one of the fastest growing churches in the U.S. This position is a general production team member, with an audio emphasis.
We’re looking for someone who is an experienced audio engineer, with good general tech and troubleshooting skills (lighting and video experience are a big plus, but not required) and excited to serve in a very fast-paced and excellence-oriented environment.
Northview currently has 6 campuses (with more to come). The Production Technician would rotate between the central campus and multisite locations; supporting production and coordinating seamlessly with the overall production policies, standards, and style
of the church. The candidate selected for this position will report to Northview’s Production Director. This position is available immediately.
The minimum qualifications are an Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. In addition, at least
3 years of related experience and/or training. Related experience would be in both live event mixing and general production.
