Position overview:

At our core, we want people to know that they matter to God and that He is crazy in love with them!  A key component of this position is to be able to think strategically about the growth of the ministry and how to reach people far from God using music, the arts, and technology.

This position will give leadership and support to the following areas:

*Music Team – engage with a diverse group of musicians and singers to bring fresh, relevant ideas and music to the church family.  This will include Sunday mornings, Wednesday evenings, and other venues such as monthly “coffee house” gatherings and “block parties” in local neighborhoods. This position is not being asked to lead worship each week. We want to see others developed as well and give this person the freedom to serve in multiple ways.

*Multi-media Team – this team is a work in progress.  Responsibilities would include developing a team that creatively designs, directs and produces forms of multi-media to enhance the various ministries of CCW.  This could include, but is not limited to, multi-media resources for Sunday morning services, website, social media, etc. This person would work in creative conjunction with the Associate Pastor who also has some experience in this area.

*Tech Team –  Work with a well-established team to ensure that all sound, lighting, media, and video needs are met for all of the ministries of CCW.  Guide the team as we are constantly looking for ways to enhance and grow this ministry area.

*Stage Design Team – we are always looking for ways to enhance the visual experience of the church family.  This team creates atmospheres to go along with our Sunday morning series.  This includes the stage and various areas in the worship center and lobby.

*Usher Team -  Work with and oversee an established group of rotating volunteers and their leader to serve the needs of the worship center through offering, programs, attendance, host services, communion and special event needs.  Provide training for current team and new team members as needed in conjunction with the First Impressions ministry teams.
