The Church Administrator functions as the chief operations and financial officer managing the corporation, and is specifically responsible for daily accounting funcitons, managing the business affairs of the church in the areas of finance and budgeting,
human resources, insurance, fund raising (pledging), office management, information technology, facilities and equipment management, risk management, and security. The Church Administrator allows the Senior Pastor to devote his time primarily to the work
of feeding, leading, protecting, and caring for the flock.
