In 2004, Pastors David and Nicole Crank founded Faith Church, a non-denominational Christian church with over 18,000 active members and weekly attendees. What began with just 200 people has grown to become one of the fastest and most innovative churches in America, according to Outreach Magazine. Faith Church has multiple locations throughout the Greater St. Louis (Missouri) area and an additional campus in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The Graphic Designer of Faith Church in St. Louis will be an imaginative and detail-oriented individual who exudes a strong visual sense and originality. While championing a creative perspective in all work responsibilities, the ideal candidate for this position will possess a trendy vibe, and specifically, execute a variety of projects for various mediums, including: brochures, billboards, banners, web-friendly graphics, signage, newsletters, postcards, logos, media packaging, signs, and more.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in a fast-paced organization that puts a premium emphasis on quality and craftsmanship. While excellence, creativity, flexibility, and a team spirit are essential attributes of a successful candidate, the emotional stability to comfortably navigate through both positive and negative input/feedback during any given creative process will be imperative for the role.


Although education is not a predetermining factor for the role, a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or an equivalent field will be highly beneficial.


This person must thrive on high-pressure challenges and deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment. They will be highly skilled at multi-faceted task management and work well under short deadlines. An added knowledge of Aftereffect, Premier, and Dreamweaver for the purpose of contributing to websites, apps, and animation would be a plus.


  • Strong graphic, typography, and print design skills.
  • A proficient knowledge of Basecamp.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (CS5+).
  • Comfortable using Mac OS X & preparing print-ready artwork.
  • Ability to produce hands-on printed pieces with in-house production equipment.
  • Develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and web.
  • Working knowledge of: Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), as well as Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter).
  • Knowledge of WordPress and web design.
  • Familiarity in large format, multi-functioning printers.
  • Able to contribute to creative branding efforts.
