Impact Community Church (ICC) is located in Rock Hill which is the largest city in York County, South Carolina and the fifth-largest city in the state. It is also the fourth-largest city of the Charlotte metropolitan area, behind Charlotte, Concord, and
Gastonia (all located in North Carolina, unlike Rock Hill). Rock Hill is located approximately 25 miles south of Charlotte, NC and approximately 70 miles north of Columbia, SC. ICC is a diverse body of believers incorporating various denominational backgrounds,
levels of spiritual maturity, ages, and economic status (view our website at impactcommunitychurch.org). Our vision is to see people far from God experience life change. We strive to fulfill this vision through clear and simple strategies that move people
in their spiritual journey one step at a time.
The primary responsibility of the Senior Pastor is the teaching and preaching of God’s Word to further the spiritual growth of the congregation and to attract the unchurched. The Senior Pastor will provide leadership and oversight for all ministry activities

The Senior Pastor must be able to nurture the staff by promoting cooperation and a team-oriented spirit and celebrating the successes of those who are in his care. He must play an essential role in building a new generation of leaders by recruiting, training,
discipling, and supervising all church staff. He must also have experience managing a growing church of similar size and leading in a relational and empowering manner.
The Senior Pastor will serve on the Board of Trustees, and he will represent the pastoral staff to the Board of Trustees. The Senior Pastor must embrace the church’s philosophy of team ministry, which includes an atmosphere where each team member is interdependent
and accountable to one another, and ultimately to the Senior Pastor and the Board of Trustees.
