Job Description:

The Executive Director oversees the entire organization of BASIC College Ministries. His or her role is to make sure that the day to day office duties, as well as large events, are functioning smoothly and effectively. They are responsible to set the overall vision and direction of the entire ministry with the oversight of the Board of Directors. They must maintain healthy relationships with all staff as well as churches and advisors. They will oversee and direct the budget of BASIC as well. They are required to raise funds and relate to donors.


Executive Director should have prior experience in college ministry and have a bachelor’s degree or higher.
