DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
The position is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources function, administering human resources policies, programs and practices, including planning, organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating
and directing all human resource-related activities of the organization.
- Incumbent must possess general knowledge of the principles and practices of personnel administration; knowledge of sound techniques in all aspects of personnel management; along with ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical
journals and legal documents.
- Candidate will develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
- A bachelor’s degree and five years of human resource experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. SHRM certification a plus.
