Job Description:

Assist Director of Care: Celebration of Life Coordinator: Central Champion to Care: equip and support current and new volunteer leaders.


Assistant to Director of Care/COL Coordinator

  • Assist Director in annual budget preparation
  • Assist Director with Support Group/Care Class launches and support
  • Work with Care Admin: Central, media/web, promotional materials for support
  • Participate in developing Care organization charts
  • Coordinate Care staff in planning annual celebrations and events for volunteers
  • Coordinate prayer requests from web, weekend services, phone and CF app
  • Oversee documentation for prayer requests

Celebration of Life and Grief Coordinator

  • Received multi-site initial inquires
  • Coordinate pastor for pastoral support for family and possible service
  • Scheduling of facility/media/production
  • Meet with pastor and family to discuss service details
  • Coordinate COL volunteer team, day of service details and post service
  • Follow-up and connecting with Grief Care team
  • Build, equip and lead COL and support group team  

Central Champion of Care

  • Central training for multi-site campuses
  • Manage Care volunteer process in Central
  • Create Central forms for Care processes and registrations



  • New volunteers on the COL team
  • Intentional conversations and follow up
  • Assist with COL, Prayer, Support Group, and Prison Teams
  • Support and encourage
