Hope Church (EPC) is seeking a full time Director of Outreach who will lead our church’s efforts in missions and outreach both domestically and internationally. Hope is a church of approximately 4000 people, actively engaged in seeking to advance God’s

o Proactively mobilize the work of outreach and missions and communicate Hope’s outreach vision and activity through Hope’s communication channels.

o Provide spiritual leadership and direction for Hope Outreach – working with our campuses in a unified manner.
o Manage and oversee the annual outreach budget.

o Support short-term trips and team leaders for Hope’s mission teams.
o International Travel approx 6-8 weeks per year.
o Envision and develop new and catalytic endeavors and partnerships for Hope Church to advance Christ’s Kingdom.

o Entrepreneurial and an effective mobilizer with strong skills in:
Leadership, Administration, Communication.

o Mature grasp of and ability to teach the bible - particularly related to the work of expanding God’s Kingdom.
o Minimum of 3-5 years of proven effectiveness in a full time mission role as a missionary, missions pastor, or working for a respected mission organization.
o Master’s Degree from accredited seminary.
o Effective in management of budgets.
o Strong team player.
o Effective recruiter and developer of talent.
