The Operations Director primary responsibility is to be creative and innovative while implementing the vision through all operations of the church including Finances, Facilites and Human Resources. The successful candidate will provide oversight and supervision
to the Building and Maintenance Department, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Human Resources. The candidate will need to maintain an annual budget along with finance policies and procedures. The candidate will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing
new methods and procedures designed to improve operations.
A Four-Year Degree in Accounting or Business is required for this position. The scope of skills/experience required for this role will include:
- 3-5 years minimum experience in accounting and finance.
- Excellent Communication, Organizational an Supervisor skills
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Able to adapt to all applications of management software.
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
