Job Description:

Mission and Calling:


The Administrative Assistant will work directly with the Pastor of Global Development to provide administrative and logistical support to the Global Development department and supported missionaries.  


Specific Responsibilities:


Administration – provide administrative support to the Pastor of Global Development.


Short-term mission team management – assist with logistics and fundraising.


Missionary management – ongoing communication with our missionary partners and facilitating the coordination of their breaks, which includes ensuring they have proper housing and transportation during their time of rest.


Dictation – accompany the Pastor of Global Development to meetings to take minutes.

Job Requirements:


Demonstrate strong administrative, leadership and organizational skills. Excellent problem solving skills. Word processing, email, and internet proficiency is essential. Provide a high level of management with strong verbal and written communication.


Must demonstrate the ability to receive instruction, interpret it, develop a plan of action, and communicate to necessary parties. Must also have a heart to help support our global team.


A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience required.




Reports to the Pastor of Global Development


Time Commitment:


20 hours per week




Compensation will be based on experience
