• At least three years of office experience in a full range of receptionist duties
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Related work experience will be considered.)
• Excellent verbal and strong administrative written communication skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Experienced in DonorPerfect or similar software
• Approachable with professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexible and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Good organizational skills with an acute attention to detail
• Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance
• Good telephone skills with the ability to initiate calls, make inquiries, and provide follow-up
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Security background a plus
• Able to drive with a good driving record

 Key Responsibilities
• Hospitality. Meets and greets visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answers and screens telephone calls in with good judgment and discretion in a professional and timely manner; takes accurate messages with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy
• Opens, sorts, logs, scans and distributes mail daily
• Responsible for Entering Donations into DonorPerfect daily
• Pick Up mail / Deliver Mail to Post Office as needed
• Monitors security cameras and telecommunication system. Reports any irregularities or security concerns
• Responsible for creation, printing, marking and mailing of Thank-you letters monthly
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
• Responsible for support of staff in the use of Microsoft Office products
• Sets up Conference / Skype Calls for meetings as needed
• Performs other office support as assigned
