Job Description:

Student Ministry Director

Our Mission:

Jesus’ last words to his followers in Matthew 28 included the command to “go and make disciples of all people.” Then, in 1 Timothy 2:2 Paul says to his disciple, Timothy: “what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.” Here we see that Paul instructed Timothy who was then to teach what he learned to “faithful men” who were then to teach others. Four generations of Jesus’ disciples are mentioned in this one sentence! Paul > Timothy > Faithful Men > Others.

At Trinity Bible Church, our mission has this same generational approach to making disciples. As we become disciples of Jesus, we will then turn around and help others become disciples of Jesus, and then they will go and make disciples themselves. Every single disciple of Jesus can be engaged in this mission through being part of God's church, connecting with other believers, serving, giving, sharing their faith, and helping lead God's people. In short: We make disciples who make disciples.

Job Summary:

The Student Ministry Director is a full-time role with a primary focus on leading all facets of the ministry to teens at Trinity Bible Church.
