Princeton Meadow Church has a passion for reaching the next generation with the gospel and desires to see families, students, and children across the West Windsor/Princeton area transformed into growing and fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. 


Princeton Meadow Church is looking for a dynamic and gifted Student & Family Ministry Director-Pastor to join the team, bringing fresh leadership and vibrancy to each ministry of oversight. The Student & Family Ministry Director/Pastor will be a visionary leader who will work to build healthy student and families by recruiting, developing, and leading leaders and teams of the ministry, while coordinating creative and engaging biblical teaching/worshipping environments. The Student & Family Ministry Director/Pastor will prepare (in consultation with the appropriate teams) and administer the annual student ministry budget when planning and conducting community-wide outreach, special events, and activities (i.e. camps, retreats, family, missions, and community events) for students and families. Furthermore, they will assess and recommend curriculum for the student ministry programs.

The Student & Family Ministry Director-Pastor must have a strong knowledge and reformed understanding of scripture and must be a great communicator. They will have the capability to teach in a way that is relevant and age-appropriate to any given audience in congruence with the PCA doctrine. The ideal candidate will bear a strong leadership aptitude and maintain an authentically passionate heart for students and their families. This individual will understand the importance of collaboration and the value of mentoring future adult and student leaders within the context of current trends in student ministries, and develop individuals to becoming fully devoted followers of Christ.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a focus in ministry or comparable ministry experience. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience working in a mid to large sized church, as well as the potential to thrive in a setting much larger than the current size of Princeton Meadow. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a setting committed to reaching and discipling students and families with a high degree of innovation, recruitment, and retention of new students.

The Borough of Princeton was settled in 1696 and incorporated in 1813. Quakers first settled Princeton Township in 1838. The town is most famous for Princeton University, founded in 1746 as The College of New Jersey. Located 45-minutes from both NYC and Philadelphia, with convenient bus and train transportation, Princeton is lively and stylish yet casual. The Princeton and the West Windsor community is a culturally diverse area where housing in the surrounding area is always in demand. The Princeton area provides a wonderful mixture of single-family homes, condominiums, townhouses, senior housing, assisted living, and apartments on tree-lined streets. Major employers include a concentration of major and startup biopharmaceutical companies, Princeton University, Princeton HealthCare system, The University Medical Center at Princeton, and the Institute for Advanced Study. Many of the Princeton residents also commute to work in nearby New York City. Princeton is a very academic and kid-centric community and maintains a top-rated school system and a community swimming pool for residents, as well as tennis, basketball, baseball, and soccer facilities, offering a broad range of recreation and sports for children.
