Job Description:

This position is responsible for all technical aspects of Faith Chapel services, events, live stream, TV broadcast and production/equipment infrastructure are all executed in a timely and excellent manner.  This role will work very closely with a wide variety of departments within the organization and is responsible for managing a team of staff and volunteers 


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee technical teams (Production (Audio, Video, Lighting Ministry, and Television) and Graphics team) to create an atmosphere of worship on-campus, through the TV broadcast, as well as online.
  • Prepare cost estimates for equipment and labor in preparation of production budgets; monitor production budgets
  • Develop skill level of production staff and volunteers
  • Direct the production staff and volunteers in set-up and operation of site production activities
  • Provide technical support for all FCCC adult worship services, special services and projects
  • Maintains production standards and quality control
  • Provide user-friendly, on-going equipment, software and work-flow training for technical teams
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to our Student and Children’s Ministry


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Knowledge of broadcast rules, regulations and guidelines
  • Knowledge of production and technical standards
  • Knowledge of supervisory practices and principles
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of live streaming protocols
  • Ability to effectively communicate
  • Working knowledge of NLE systems (FCP, Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
  • Working knowledge of ProPresenter and Media Shout software
  • Experience with lighting (High End Systems Lighting Equipment), audio (Avid Sound Boards), video (Switchers, Character Generators, Integration, Installation, Upgrade & Repair) equipment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Engineering or equivalent preferred
  • 4 or more years of work experience
  • Broadcast Television experience required
