Growing church seeking groups director. Role includes leading and supporting community group leaders, administration of group life and developing systems and tools for recruiting and equipping new community group leaders, implementing training
to foster growth and multiplication of group leadership culture, and building relationships, community and influence among group leaders.
Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years proven experience in leading community group environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be necessary to be successful in this role and as a collaborative member of the staff team. Ideal
candidate is highly relational with the ability to influence others. Must have administrative expertise to manage systems and communication. Experience in training and developing new leaders is preferred. Must be skilled in planning and organizing with a high
level of detail. Experience in a diverse population / congregation is preferred.

Explanation of Basic Employment Benefits
One week in first year
Two weeks upon one year anniversary
Three weeks upon fifth year anniversary
Four weeks upon twelfth year anniversary
Ten paid holidays per year including New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2 days), Christmas (2 days).
Salary: Consideration will be given on education and previous ministry/job experience and performance
Retirement: Up to 6% employee matching
