The Business Administrator is a key leadership position which includes directing the Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Facilities operations to accomplish the mission of Pathways Church. In addition, this position will have responsibility
for Stewardship and Continuous Improvement efforts of Pathways Church.
We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent field. (Master's degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred, or commensurate experience.) Five+ years of experience in management, plus finance or accounting-related
paid position; non-profit/church experience helpful. This person must possess a track record of successful recruitment, equipping, deploying of paid staff and volunteers, and the ability to lead finance and facility structures and systems that will maximize
the ministry and mission.
