Ebenezer United Methodist Church is seeking a full-time Director to oversee and coordinate the contemporary music ministry to meet our strategic vision by participating in the weekly development and execution of worship at the contemporary services, and
delivering an authentic, spiritual music experience for parishioners who attend those services. The ideal candidate will have a background that includes formal music training with experience with contemporary Christian musical performance and the ability to
play more than one musical instrument. This person will also have experience with technical aspects of musical worship services (i.e. soundboards, lights, etc.). A solid grounding in Scripture and evidence of a vital and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
is a must. Applicants to this positions must have knowledge of the importance of music in worship and Christian spiritual development and must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Software and have the ability to become proficient in church management
software (Shelby), and other software systems, in the areas required by the position; proficiency in a music notation system is a plus. Budget preparation and implementation experience required. Apply via email or pick up an application in the office. Send
