Job Description:

White’s Residential & Family Services

White’s Residential & Family Services is a nonprofit social services organization that works to redirect, rebuild and restore children, teens and families through emotional healing, personal development and spiritual growth. White’s is a faith-living organization — a legacy from our Quaker roots and a vision first conceived by our founder Josiah White in 1850. True to this core value, sacrificial service is a priority in everything we do. White’s believes “no child is exempt,” meaning that White’s strives to serve every child in need, regardless of background or circumstance.

Why White’s?

For more than 160 years, White’s has helped families in crisis, in transition and in need of support through its accredited and comprehensive continuum of community- and home-based services, foster care, adoption and residential treatment programs.  With nearly 300 employees on staff committed to furthering White's mission, we are able to reach approximately 1,500 children and families every year.

White’s Residential and Family Services, a Christ-Centered non-profit organization, is seeking a Campus Pastor for its Wheatfield campus to enhance its Residential Services thereby enabling White’s programs to reach success at new levels. With the addition of this key position, White’s will advance its mission of redirecting, rebuilding, and restoring the lives of children, teens, and families.

JOB SUMMARY

The Campus Pastor will report to the Chief Operations Officer and serve as a key team member providing leadership and oversight of the spiritual life of White’s staff and students on the Wheatfield campus.   This person must be dynamic and able to effectively influence and develop programs that foster spiritual growth among staff members and inspire behaviors and attitudes that mirror the principles of Christianity throughout the organization.  He or she will reach students, their families and staff with the Gospel, motivating spiritual growth through the effective combination of relationship building, dynamic chapel programs and other youth ministry activities.

This person must demonstrate strong commitment and personal connection to the Christian faith and be aligned with the values and core beliefs of White’s.
