IT and Apple Support Technician
Church of the Redeemer is seeking an IT and Apple Support Technician (AST)
to support our Mac user population and assist with IT projects and tasks. The AST will provide desk-side support and remote support. The AST will also provision new systems, manage and assist with upgrades and software deployments, manage backups, support
iOS devices, and related support and help desk functions. The AST will also support Apple side of the network infrastructure. Server and network experience is a plus, but not required.
The candidate must be an expert in the Apple OSX desktop and iOS arena, and will have experience provisioning new devices, troubleshooting, deploying software at an organization-wide level, and have excellent customer service support skills. Candidates must
be highly organized, methodical, detail and process oriented, and must have a naturally cool under pressure “customer service” manner. Apple certifications and networking experience and/or training is also a plus but not required.
