This position requires a blend of skills and experience to oversee and develop the Church ministries and related staff. To serve the church by coordinating and implementing existing and new programs and processes. Working under the direction of the Senior
Pastor to facilitate the vision, develop new programs in keeping with established goals, maximize the effectiveness of present programs, give leadership to ministry staff members and supervise staff members and volunteers involved in this ministry. Supervisory
Experience: Generations; Worship & Creative Arts which includes Congregational Care; Adult Ministries which includes Connections, Life Group and Outreach; and the Weekend Service Experience
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Religious studies/Seminary/Theology or related field; 6-10 years related experience. And/or equivalent combination of education, experience and be able to provide the required knowledge, skills,
and abilities. Ordained as a minister/pastor or having the qualifications and experience to be ordained. Minimum 5-years management/supervisory experience. Proven skills in tactical and strategic planning, church operations and development, organization
and leadership. A successful candidate will have top level collaboration skills, implementation ability, ministry management and leadership skill and abilities.
