Job Purpose

To support & advance the production & music departments.


Essential Job Functions

  • Provides thorough support and reporting related to job functions.
  • Adheres to all policies as outlined in the Quest Staff Handbook.
  • Maintains and updates all policies & procedures pertinent to the position.
  • Stewards any applicable budget and adheres to spending and expense policies.
  • Leads, evaluates and develops direct reports, volunteers, and teams under the leadership of this position.
  • Oversees special projects as directed by the direct supervisor.
  • Develop evangelism opportunities inside and outside the church.

Specific Job Functions

  • Collaborate with the Creative Arts staff in designing & executing Sunday Experiences (worship, slide notes, support videos, graphics, lighting design, creative elements, online live experience, etc.)
  • Assist in training Creative Arts volunteers in worship & production
  • Assist in advancing Creative Arts of all QCC ministries.
  • Organize equipment, personnel, transportation, set-up, and execution for QCC events, camps, trips, and production equipment rentals.

Education or Experience

High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, 2 years of live production and/or worship experience.


Required Knowledge

Basic understanding of Creative Arts areas (i.e. Video, Music, Sound, Lighting, Communications, Design)


Required Skills

Relational intelligence, basic team-building, ability to self-teach, care for volunteers, teachable spirit, basic administration.
