With about 10,000 attenders each week, this church is consistently taking bold risks to take the Gospel to people in new and fresh ways. They believe that the purpose in worship is to know God more and to make His presence known through the creative arts of music, video, graphic arts, and technology. The dress is casual and the teaching is authentic and practical to everyday life.

  • Oversee and execute the guest relations aspect at weekend with primary responsibilities for First Impressions, Membership, and Volunteer recruitment and development
  • Proactively communicate, support and fulfill the vision, values, purposes, and goals of the church
  • Develop and implement systems and environments that exceed guests' expectations and help them take their next steps toward God by assimilating first-time visitors and attendees to membership and active participation in the church.
  • Provide the leadership, vision and direction to bring together and prioritize the ministry's goals in a way that will be efficient and effective
  • Recruit, develop, and empower a strong leadership team to oversee specific ministry areas
  • Provide leadership in areas regarding confronting and mediating conflict resolution with team members and guests
  • Oversee all First Impressions teams, including recruiting, scheduling, leadership development, as well as regularly scheduled and ongoing “guest services” training
  • Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
  • Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others 


  • Demonstrated success in related large church experience or high level corporate sales/marketing, the hospitality, food and beverage, etc., industries
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Successful experience in leading big teams to provide outstanding guest/client service
  • Vision-caster and strategic thinker who can oversee all aspects of the guest experience
  • Dynamic, outgoing, positive loves success in others, caring, flexible, detail-oriented, organized, problem-resolving, multi-tasker
  • Administrative manager who can effectively oversee multiple leaders and projects
  • Ability to attract, develop, and empower high capacity leaders
  • Leader who will empower and encourage others to serve where they are passionate
  • Positive risk-taker who likes to work hard, have fun, and create effective ministry
  • Team-oriented person with a huge heart for God and a desire to grow spiritually
  • Excellent communication and people skills, both one-on-one and with teams/groups
