Associate Pastor: This is a unique opportunity to join the staff of a vibrant church in Grove City, Ohio. Grove City Vineyard is a church with a typical Sunday attendance of 600-700 and a staff of 10. The church is very healthy with a broad scope in the local community and a strong commitment to our mission connections around the world. What is truly unique about this staff opportunity is that the actual job description of this position will be designed according to the specific gifting and experience of the man or woman who fills it. It is definitely a pastoral position, but with a view toward defining the more specific aspects of the job description over the first 1 to 3 years in the role. This will give opportunity to maximize the individual's contribution to the ministry and to increase their own level of job satisfaction. This person will work closely with the senior pastor who is also the founding pastor of this fellowship. Minimum requirements for consideration include a Bachelor's Degree (or VLI or equivalent ministry training certificate) and at least five years of vocational ministry experience.  This is a full-time position with a strong salary (commensurate with education and experience) and full benefits including health insurance and retirement contributions.
