Job Description:

Administrative Minister


Purpose:  To Assist the Lead Minister in Leading the Body according to God’s Holy Word.

                      He will Facilitate Team Building, Administration, and Staff development.                                   


  • Team Builder;
  • Administrator and day to day operational effectiveness;
  • Ensure facilities and grounds display excellence;
  • Available for preaching and teaching as agreed with leadership;


  • Develop and train Leadership team;
  • Identify upcoming challenges and provide training to ensure timely decisions;
  • Create atmosphere conducive to unity of leadership team;
  • Conduct staff and leadership team meetings;
  • Maintain continuity of action between elders and staff;
  • Ministry staff mentor;
  • Budget development and execution;
  • Organizational resource management;
  • Capital improvement projects;
  • Supervision & annual written evaluation of all staff;
  • Facilitate ongoing review and development of LSCC leadership vision;
  • Identify limiting factors or lids to growth;
  • Strategies to ensure growth and minimize limits;

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a ministry field;
  • Meet the qualifications of an elder;
  • Knowledgeable in business principles and practices within the church context and mission;
  • An ordained minister
  • Five years leadership experience in a multi-staff environment with emphasis in administration or management and team building;
  • Adaptable, possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
  • Gifted in teaching within individual and group settings; proven effectiveness in staff development and coordination; able to develop, implement, direct, and evaluate the activities of our staff and leaders; all with demonstrated servant leadership;
  • Must be or become a member of the congregation;
  • Ability to walk on water and leap tall buildings in a single bound is desirable
