Job Description:

Trinity Chapel Bible Church is a nondenominational, evangelical community located in southwest Fort Worth, Texas.  The mission of Trinity Chapel is to engage people in spiritual transformation through deepening intimacy with the Trinity and others.  The vision of Trinity Chapel is to be a community of broken people on a journey of transformation into Christ’s image that leads us to reflect the grace of God.


We're looking for someone to encourage and deepen the atmosphere of community, brokenness, journey, transformation, and grace through leading by humble example in teaching and action, both for the staff and congregation as a whole. 
Exhibit a heart for the lost to find salvation in Jesus Christ and a desire for believers to have deeper intimacy with the Trinity and their community.
Passionate and committed to share the Gospel through various ministries and community contexts. Encourage church participation in evangelistic outreach and missions, in both local community and beyond.


Qualifications: Seminary Degree

Ministry Respnsibilities:



  • With respect to the Congregation (either by leading or delegating to competent people):
    • Coordinating and leading worship services and special events
    • Preaching and teaching
    • Leadership development
    • Spiritual direction/discipleship of key leaders
    • Counseling/pastoral care
    • Other pastoral duties as required (hospital visitation, weddings, funerals, etc.)
  • Staff (either by leading or delegating to competent people):
    • Leadership development
    • Spiritual direction/discipleship
    • Coaching/counseling/pastoral care
  • Employee reviews
  • Maintain and update Staff Handbook


  • Equipping staff and congregation to accomplish the mission and vision of the church
  • Developing a culture of spiritual formation, spiritual gift discovery, and service using each person’s unique spiritual gifting
  • Encouraging and leading the spiritual formation of staff and congregation
  • Encouraging and leading the discovery of spiritual gifts in staff and congregation
  • Encouraging and helping people to serve using their unique spiritual gifting

Small Groups:

  • Oversee, coach and train the community group leadership team
  • Write, coordinate, or provide curriculum for leaders
  • Recruit new leaders
