The primary purpose of the Children’s Pastor of Covenant of Life Ministries is to provide the leadership, vision, direction, and execution necessary to make a lasting impact in the lives of children. The successful candidate must have a strong passion to reach families and can do so in a fast-paced, ministry environment that thrives on creativity and organization. The Children's Pastor will lead birth-Grade 5 for Covenant of Life Ministries.


The successful candidate will have a proven track record of growing a Children’s Ministry in a community setting that has interactions with people from multi-generational backgrounds and economic statuses. The candidate will have had experience working as an effective leader of ministry teams, with the responsibility of providing vision for volunteers, and the ability to develop and monitor a vibrant, creative, and attractive Children’s Ministry. 

While education is not a predetermining factor in the selection of a new Children’s Pastor, a minimum of a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The successful candidate must be one who has demonstrated 3-5 years of development and administrative oversight in full-time Children’s Ministry.
