Located in southeast Alabama, the city has a rich historical past featuring antebellum homes, founding fathers, Southern Belles, and daring heroes and heroines. The area boasts a strong business industry base, quality education, excellent medical facilities, plenty of shopping, and some of the loveliest scenery in the state.
