C3 is a community of individuals who are unified by the teachings of Jesus Christ and who are about serving the triangle area of North Carolina. The vision we carry is to provide real hope for real people in a real world. We do this by exposing the life-giving gospel, equipping people to be fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ, and giving them the opportunity to experience ministry by using their own gifts and talents.

C3 Church’s reputation in the community is pristine, having a long track record of serving and impacting the community for Christ. With gifted leaders in Pastors Matt and Martha Fry, a strong staff, compelling vision, ample facilities, and land on which to expand, C3 Church is poised for growth in the coming years. With this anticipated growth, C3 Church is seeking a gifted Campus Minister who will champion its DNA by leading a single campus in concert with the overall direction of the Senior Pastor. They will contribute to the overall growth, health, and alignment of the campus by creating and fostering an environment that coincides with the central campus of C3 Church.

The purpose of the Campus Minister is to encourage spiritual and moral growth, along with planning and directing ministry as C3 pursues their vision to bring real hope to real people in a real world by exposing the Gospel to those who don't know Jesus, equipping believers to do ministry, and experiencing ministry on their Dream Team. This role will facilitate and ensure the seamless integration of the Senior Pastor’s vision alongside the DNA of the church. It is imperative that this individual has a history of exposure with multisite ministries, with at least 2-years experience serving on a multisite church staff, alongside 5-years worth experience serving on a ministry staff at a church of 2,000+ members.

A 4-year bachelor’s degree is required for this position, although a master’s degree would be preferable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a character of adaptability, trustworthiness, and integrity. They will comfortably flow with the predictable and unpredictable elements of the role, while effectively maintaining pace and progress with the Senior Pastor’s visionary direction. They will be a confidant that will be marked by a “can do” attitude, and display a strong commitment to the vision of C3 church, and personal spiritual growth.

The new campus of C3 Church will be positioned in Raleigh NC, which is also known as the City of Oaks.

The capital city is part of North Carolina's Research Triangle, one of the country's largest and most successful research parks and a major center in the U.S. for high-tech and biotech research. The surrounding area is home to a number of colleges and universities including Duke University, North Carolina State, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Wake Forest University. These schools have a notable economic impact on the area. The North Carolina Museum of Art, occupying a large suburban campus on Blue Ridge Road near the North Carolina State Fairgrounds, maintains one of the premier public art collections located between Washington, D.C. and Atlanta. Forbes ranked Raleigh at #2 Best Places for Business & Careers, #12 in Quality of Education and #17 in Job Growth in 2015.
