About the Job


Petra Church is searching for a Youth Pastor, Student Ministries, including Middle School and High School youth.  This person in this position will be responsible for providing leadership, development, equipping, vision, and direction for the Student Ministry staff and volunteers.

This position requires a passion for students and their families, a minimum of two years of youth leadership experience in a church of 1,500+, an ability to lead staff and volunteers, effective communication, and a demonstrated ability to understand and relate to students and their families.

 

We place a high value on reaching young people and helping them become fully devoted followers of Christ.

Primary Function
Develop, equip, pastor, and nurture healthy student ministry teams for creating a vibrant dynamic youth ministry in a growing church of 1,500+ attendance.
