Job Description:



Competive salary for the right candidate who has:


+a heart for worship that draws people to Christ


+strong musical ability


+ability to lead and nurture a team of volunteer servants and paid band members in music ministry.  


We are looking for someone to: 


+Lead our music ensemble for one Sunday morning service, Worship @ 11, a multi-media service that offers a variety of styles of music including contemporary Christian music, jazz, and gospel each Sunday morning


+Play either guitar or piano with proficiency, including keyboard skills that are adequate for teaching others


+Possess the ability to recruit, coordinate, inspire, and lead a praise team


+Familiar with Pro Presenter and Planning Center


+ Prepare for and lead one weekly rehearsal by selecting music and preparing lead sheets, etc.
